This past weekend I went along to a wedding that my friend Scott Kelley was shooting and took a few photos for the bride and groom. We started out at the St. Regis hotel for some pre-wedding photos. Lauren’s Jenny Lee wedding dress was simply stunning! She paired it with gorgeous shoes by Ivanka Trump. The wedding ceremony was held at St. Michael Catholic Church – a beautiful backdrop! We finished off the night at their wedding reception at The Junior League of Houston. Special thanks to Savanna and her team from En Vogue Events for coordinating this amazing day!  Congratulations Lauren & Ryan!

The Presbyterian School of Houston contacted me to shoot their 2012 Gala and auction at The Corinthian. Their Alice in Wonderland theme of “Through the Looking Glass” was beautifully executed thanks to Bergner & Johnson.  The Corinthian is such photogenic location for all types of events! I love the natural light coming through in the early evening! Guests were stoked to have the awesome ’80s band, The Spazmatics, hit the stage to finish off the night! Those guys are totally rad.  : )

I can’t say enough about this new wedding album from Finao! The gorgeous cover is their Ludicrous leather with a horizontal inset of French Quarter! I love, love, love it – and my clients do too!  I had them print my album design on metallic paper and it’s truly beautiful!  Thank you Finao!!

This album from Finao is a wonderful new addition to my samples! It is covered in their Marsalis fabric with a vertical inset of Suspicion! Clients are loving this look!

So I am a little behind on blogging, but it’s with good reason! We have recently welcomed our new daughter, Charlotte Rose!  She is 8 weeks old and such a blessing!

I’m loving my new HUGE sample set! The albums are sized to impress!! The main album has a photo cover and is 16 x 12, the parent book is 12 x 9, and the perfect little guest books are 4×5!  This set is filled with all of my absolute favorite photos from recent weddings!

Here’s a few photos from Jennifer and Jorge’s recent wedding at Hotel ZaZa! It was a beautiful intimate ceremony with loved ones. We took some time beforehand to do some creative photos around Hotel ZaZa – such a unique hotel and so photogenic! It is definitely one of my favorite Houston wedding venues! Special thanks to my assistant, Lindsey, for her lighting help!

I have several new wedding albums to show off! The first is this beautiful Austin, Texas wedding at Vintage Villas. This is a large album, 16 x 12, (32 x 12 when open!). The front has an acrylic cover with a photo behind as well as a stylish metal nameplate!

I think Helen has to be one of the happiest brides I have ever photographed! She was full of love and laughter the entire day! It was such a joy photographing this wedding!  Eric and Helen were  married at the ranch that Helen grew up on  in Livingston, Texas. Such a beautiful backdrop! It was a nice change to get out of the city for a day and shoot this wedding! I love all of the details too, the mason jar arrangements lining the wedding aisle were such a great touch! Much credit to the bride’s cousin, Megan Murphy, for coordinating such a beautiful wedding for Helen and Eric!
